I’ll help you clearly communicate your renovation plan to professionals. And if you prefer, I can connect you with trusted professionals and contractors from my network (Amsterdam area).
I’ll give you advice on an optimal and efficient layout that suits your living preferences, such as bathroom and kitchen layout, moving walls/doors, built-in (wardrobe) closets, and furniture placement.
I’ll help you choose your base style so that there is a match in color and materials.
You’ll gain insight into the technical possibilities and improvements for your home, such as (floor) heating, ventilation, lighting, and smart solutions.
You’ll receive a price estimate for the renovation costs.
I will provide all relevant information in a report. Afterwards, we will have a +/- 1 hour evaluation call.

I can visit with a contractor from my network if you wish, to create a no-obligation quote.
I will make a 2D floor plan for an optimal and efficient layout.
You can send me quotes from a contractor, workers, or (kitchen/bathroom) suppliers that I will review and help you respond to/negotiating (up to 5 quotes).
Support during your renovation! You can schedule 2 extended phone calls so I can help if you run into issues or have questions.

Step 2 - Conversation & Visit
We'll make an appointment. I'll come for a visit. You can ask all the questions you want.
Step 3 - Advisory Report
You will receive a complete report focused on your renovation, giving you the guidance to get started.
Step 4 - Final Phase
You can ask any questions you have during the evaluation call.
